These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to the FuelXPro mobile application. For our general terms, please see our General Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using FuelXPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

2.1 Premium License

Upon payment, UnoHive Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FuelXPro for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the application
Use the application to create a competing product or service
Share your account credentials with others
Use the application in violation of applicable laws

3. Premium Features

FuelXPro includes the following premium features:

Unlimited Vehicles: Track expenses for unlimited vehicles
Unlimited History: No time-based data deletion
Cloud Backup & Sync: Automatic cloud storage and multi-device sync
Data Export: Export to Excel, CSV, PDF, and JSON formats
Data Import: Import from FuelXLite, CSV, and Excel files
No Advertisements: Completely ad-free experience
Advanced Analytics: Comprehensive reports and insights
Priority Support: Faster response times and dedicated assistance
Enhanced Security: Two-factor authentication and encryption

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To use FuelXPro, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Security

You must:

Use a strong, unique password
Keep your login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Not share your account with others
Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security

4.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

5. Payment and Subscription

5.1 Pricing

FuelXPro is available as a one-time purchase or subscription (pricing varies by region and platform). All prices are displayed in your local currency through the Google Play Store.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through:

Google Play Store: For Android app purchases
Stripe: For direct subscriptions (if applicable)

5.3 Subscription Renewal

If you purchase a subscription:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You will be charged at the start of each billing period
Cancel anytime through your Google Play account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

5.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to:

Google Play: Subject to Google Play's refund policy (typically 48 hours)
Direct Purchases: 30-day money-back guarantee if not satisfied

6. Cloud Services

6.1 Cloud Storage

FuelXPro provides cloud storage for your data. We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6.2 Data Backup

While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data through the export feature.

6.3 Storage Limits

FuelXPro provides generous storage limits. If you exceed reasonable usage limits, we may contact you to discuss options.

7. User Responsibilities

7.1 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in your records.

7.2 Lawful Use

You agree to use FuelXPro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

7.3 Commercial Use

FuelXPro may be used for commercial purposes (e.g., business fleet management). However, you may not resell or redistribute the service.

8. Data Ownership and Usage

8.1 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or upload.

8.2 Limited License

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the FuelXPro service.

8.3 Aggregated Data

We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics, research, and service improvement. This data cannot be traced back to you.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That defects will be corrected immediately
That the service will meet all your requirements
Availability during maintenance windows

We will notify users of scheduled maintenance when possible.

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update FuelXPro to:

Add new features and functionality
Improve performance and security
Fix bugs and issues
Comply with legal requirements
Update third-party integrations

Major updates will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

FuelXPro is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy of calculations, analytics, or reports
Uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
Data integrity or backup reliability

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnoHive Technologies shall not be liable for:

Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Damages exceeding the amount you paid for FuelXPro in the past 12 months
Issues caused by third-party services or your device
Unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnoHive Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these terms
Your misuse of the service
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you submit or upload

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Deleting your account from app settings
Contacting us at vivecpatel@gmail.com
Cancelling your subscription (if applicable)

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the service or other users
Fail to pay subscription fees

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your license to use FuelXPro ends immediately
You should export your data before account deletion
Your data will be deleted within 30 days
No refunds for partial subscription periods (unless required by law)

15. Third-Party Services

FuelXPro integrates with third-party services:

Cloud Hosting: AWS or Google Cloud Platform
Payment Processing: Google Play, Stripe
Analytics: Firebase Analytics
Crash Reporting: Firebase Crashlytics

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

16. Intellectual Property

FuelXPro, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by UnoHive Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

17. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws when using FuelXPro.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

20. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UnoHive Technologies regarding FuelXPro.
