FuelXLite Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to the FuelXLite mobile application. For our general terms, please see our General Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FuelXLite, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

2.1 Free Version

UnoHive Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FuelXLite for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

2.2 Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the application for commercial purposes without upgrading to FuelXPro
  • Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the application to third parties
  • Use the application in any way that violates applicable laws

3. Free Version Limitations

FuelXLite free version includes the following limitations:

  • Single Vehicle: Track expenses for only one vehicle
  • 45-Day History: Data older than 45 days is automatically deleted
  • Advertisements: The app displays third-party advertisements
  • No Cloud Backup: Data is stored locally on your device only
  • No Export: Cannot export data to external formats
  • Limited Support: Email support only, no priority assistance

4. In-App Purchases

4.1 Ad Removal

You may purchase an ad-free version through in-app purchase. This is a one-time payment that removes advertisements from the app.

4.2 Payment Processing

All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Store. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

4.3 Non-Refundable

In-app purchases are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Data Entry

You are responsible for entering accurate fuel expense data. We are not liable for any errors or inaccuracies in your records.

5.2 Data Backup

Since FuelXLite stores data locally without cloud backup, you are responsible for backing up your device to prevent data loss.

5.3 Device Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements for running FuelXLite.

6. Advertisements

The free version of FuelXLite displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for:

  • The content of advertisements displayed
  • Any products or services advertised
  • Any transactions between you and advertisers
  • Data collected by advertising networks (subject to their privacy policies)

7. Data Ownership and Loss

7.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FuelXLite. However, you grant us the right to use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and app improvement.

7.2 Data Loss

We are not liable for any data loss resulting from:

  • Device failure, loss, or theft
  • App uninstallation or data clearing
  • Automatic deletion of data older than 45 days
  • Operating system updates or device resets
  • Any other cause beyond our reasonable control

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

FuelXLite is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy of calculations or analytics
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Data security or backup

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnoHive Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or records
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Business interruption
  • Any damages arising from use or inability to use the app

10. Updates and Modifications

We may update FuelXLite from time to time to:

  • Add new features or functionality
  • Fix bugs or improve performance
  • Comply with legal requirements
  • Update third-party integrations

Updates may be automatic or require manual installation. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using FuelXLite at any time by uninstalling the application from your device.

11.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access to FuelXLite if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

12. Upgrade to FuelXPro

For enhanced features and capabilities, consider upgrading to FuelXPro, which includes:

  • Unlimited vehicle tracking
  • Unlimited history (no 45-day limitation)
  • Cloud backup and sync
  • Export to Excel/CSV
  • No advertisements
  • Priority customer support
  • Advanced analytics and reports

13. Third-Party Services

FuelXLite integrates with third-party services including:

  • Google Play Services: For app distribution and in-app purchases
  • Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements
  • Firebase (Optional): For crash reporting and analytics

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

14. Intellectual Property

FuelXLite, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by UnoHive Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FuelXLite after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
