MotorHub Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to the MotorHub fleet command network offered by UnoHive Technologies (“we”, “us”). By onboarding your federation, association, or enterprise team, you agree to these terms as well as any Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work executed with UnoHive.
1. Access & Licensing
- MotorHub licenses are subscription based and scoped to the fleets, depots, and corridors defined in your order form.
- Seats are provisioned for federation stewards, owner admins, enterprise ops, and partner users. Sharing credentials outside your organization is prohibited.
- All access is role-based. You must promptly revoke accounts for personnel who leave your organization.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate fleet registry, driver rosters, and yard assignments.
- Maintain lawful consent for telemetry devices, driver monitoring, and cross-enterprise data sharing.
- Ensure hardware (sensors, trackers, gateways) used with MotorHub meets regulatory approvals.
- Notify UnoHive of suspicious activity, breaches, or unauthorized access immediately.
3. Service Commitments
Uptime, support hours, and feature delivery timelines are defined in your SLA or order form. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance via in-app banners or email.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of operational data you upload to MotorHub. UnoHive may process anonymized aggregates to improve routing intelligence, safety benchmarks, or reliability of the platform. Refer to the MotorHub Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scrapers, or automated extraction outside approved APIs.
- No uploading malware, illegal telemetry, or infringing content.
- No using MotorHub to violate transport, labor, or safety laws.
- No benchmarking or competitive analysis without written consent.
6. Fees & Billing
Subscriptions, add-on modules, sensor procurement, and onboarding fees are invoiced as per your commercial agreement. Late payments may result in suspension after notice. Taxes, duties, or government levies are borne by the customer.
7. Integrations & Third Parties
MotorHub can connect to OEM telematics, ERP/CRM systems, and regulator gateways. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to transmit data to those systems and for maintaining their credentials.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties must safeguard each other’s confidential information, including network topology, lane assignments, commercial terms, and proprietary technology. Disclosure is limited to personnel with a need-to-know who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
MotorHub is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of third-party telemetry, or suitability for emergency response. Your use of insights for dispatch or compliance decisions is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnoHive’s liability is limited to the fees paid during the preceding 12 months for the affected service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost loads, penalties, opportunity cost).
11. Term & Termination
- By You: Provide written notice per your contract to wind down access. Outstanding invoices remain payable.
- By UnoHive: We may suspend or terminate for material breach, unpaid invoices, or unlawful usage after giving reasonable notice.
- Post-Termination: Data exports will be made available for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in your Master Services Agreement.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms when new modules launch or regulations shift. We will notify account owners via email or in-app announcements. Continued use following notice constitutes acceptance.
